Peace Perceptions Poll 2018

Conflict and violence appear on our screens every day. But what do people actually think about peace and conflict?

Harriet Lamb and Ciarán Devane, CEOs of International Alert and the British Council, would like to invite you to find out at the launch of our Peace Perceptions Poll 2018 with a drinks receptions and panel discussion with guest speaker Dr Omar Al-Ghazzi, Assistant Professor at London School of Economics.

The Peace Perceptions Poll provides a rare opportunity to hear the voices of people affected by conflict en masse. This event will share the findings of the 2018 Poll and attendees will be able to discuss what this means for addressing conflict and building lasting, positive peace.

This year's results include the perceptions of more than 100,000 poll participants across 15 countries, including Brazil, Colombia, DRC, Hungary, India, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nigeria, Philippines, South Africa, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine, UK and USA.

Join us to find out about the full poll results in discussion with leading voices from the UK and overseas. RSVP here to secure your place.
